Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove re-opened 1st June 2004 as a five star resort and spa hotel following a complete refurbishment.

Peacefully tucked away at the southern end of Beau Vallon, Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove is a step away from white sand and turquoise sea with thatched roofs, granite walls, fountains and nothing higher than the coconut palm trees that surround it.

The resort's 70 guest rooms and suites all face the ocean and feature oversized bathrooms and a private terrace or balcony.

Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove benefits from two restaurants, a bar, a fresh water pool, gym and spa.

Its ideal location is only 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Victoria.

LOCATION : It is located at the western end of Beau Vallon Beach on the island of Mahé. This excellent swimming beach of soft white sand stretches over a mile. Fisherman's Cove is a perfect sophisticated retreat, peaceful and intimate yet with an easy access of all the activities Seychelles has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION : It has Seaview Rooms (30), Cottages (16), Junior Suites (12) or Senior Suites (4). All rooms are just steps away from the beach and have private balconies or terraces with lovely views over the ocean and the gardens. The cottages have small private gardens, and the suites offer spacious separate living and bedroom areas. All accommodations are equipped with air-conditioning, mini bars, telephones, televisions, hair dryers and safes. The private bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs.

As per Le Meridien policy, one child under the age of 12 years can be accommodated in their parents' room free of charge (please note that this is only applies if the accomodation is a suite), two children, under 12 years, occupying their own room are charged as single.

A child under 12 years receives a 50% discount on all meals. A children's menu is available on request. Babysitting can be arranged with 24 hours' notice. Board games and colouring books are also available.

Hibiscus - All with a spectacular ocean view, these modern open plan designed rooms feature a king bed, a private decked terrace, a separate walk-in shower, an oversized bathroom and are 30 square metres in size.

Allamanda Suite - These modern bungalow style suites are open plan, split level and feature a king bed, a decked terrace, sitting room, separate walk-in shower, an oversized bathroom and are 65 square metres in size.

Le Cardinal - Main restaurant with private, air-conditioned dining room, water features and magnificent sea views which are complemented by fine cuisine, an extensive buffet and excellent wine in an elegant, yet relaxed, environment.

Open from 7:30am to 10:30am and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm.

Le Bourgeois - Located on the beach front along the decked promenade with unique panoramic views of Beau Vallon Bay, this open air restaurant with show kitchen prepares fresh seafood and Creole dishes. For pre dinner drinks or late night cocktails, enjoy the open air bar.

Le Cocoloba - Chill out with cool music and great views. Le Cocoloba Bar and Lounge is the perfect spot to unwind, sip delicious tropical cocktails and watch the sunset.

Open from 10:00am to 11:30pm.

Leisure Information
The crystal blue sea is the home of many tropical fish and makes Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove the perfect destination for snorkelling or diving enthusiasts.

The calm free form pool and surrounding deck for those who just wish to relax.

Sports and Leisure
The resort features a Fitness and Spa centre with full massage services, aromatherapy, facials, manicures and pedicures and body wraps.

All water sports, including waterskiing, parasailing, diving and deep-sea fishing, are available next to the hotel, at a charge. Non-motorised water sports, including sailing, catamarans and windsurfing, are offered at no extra cost to guests. Yacht charters can also be arranged, at a charge.
